From learning how to use the platform to completing your applications, I will work with you individually throughout the entire process. I will guide you in preparing your CV, Motivation Letter, and Reference Letters, and help you build a strong and competitive application.

As your iApply coordinator, I will assist you with platform navigation, application strategy, document preparation, and every stage of the iApply process.

Together, we will organize your application in the best way possible to help you reach your target universities and scholarship opportunities. 🚀

Hello! I’m Ibrokhimkhuja Akbarkhujaev, a passionate Study Abroad Coordinator and Academic Adviser with years of experience empowering students to achieve their dreams of international education.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from Vistula University in Poland, I dedicated my career to supporting students in navigating every stage of their study abroad journey. As a Study Abroad Coordinator at Webster University in Tashkent, I guide students from the very first steps of choosing programs to successfully integrating into a new academic and cultural environment.

My professional journey also includes experience as an English language instructor in Warsaw, where I honed my skills in teaching, mentoring, and providing individualized guidance. I pride myself on being culturally sensitive, organized, and deeply committed to student success.

Over each semester, I coordinate and assist around 100 students, helping them with applications, visa processes, interview preparation, accommodation, and career advice. To date, I have supported more than 500 students in fulfilling their study abroad aspirations — and I am ready to help you too!
