Hello! I’m Khumoyun Mukarov, a motivated and globally oriented professional specializing in customer service, project coordination, and international relations. Over the past several years, I have built a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration through both academic and professional experiences in Poland and abroad.

Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the University of Warsaw — one of Poland’s top-ranked and most prestigious universities, recognized for its excellence in social sciences, international studies, and global partnerships. My work focuses on ensuring exceptional service quality, managing escalations with professionalism, and contributing to team performance improvements through collaboration and process optimization.

Previously, as a Project Coordinator at BETA Polska, I participated in the organization of European Union education initiatives and political simulations involving students, professors, and members of international organizations. This experience strengthened my skills in project planning, stakeholder communication, and event coordination within multicultural environments.

Earlier in my career, I worked in the United States as a Retail Associate at Food Lion, where I gained valuable exposure to customer management, logistics, and international work culture — an experience that enhanced my adaptability, professionalism, and teamwork abilities.

Throughout my journey, I have consistently pursued excellence, both academically and professionally. My key achievements include:

• Successfully coordinating international educational events and EU-focused simulations in Poland.
