Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

• 1.1. The Platform provides applicants with informational and technological support in the process of applying to foreign and local higher education institutions;
• 1.2. These Terms apply equally to all users;
• 1.3. The Platform operates in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Services

• 2.1. The Platform provides users with the following services:
• information about foreign and local universities;
• the ability to submit applications and documents online;
• tracking the review process of submitted documents;
• additional consultation and technical support.
• 2.2. Some of the services provided by the Platform may be paid.

3. Payment Procedure

• 3.1. Payments are accepted via national and international bank cards (UZCARD, HUMO, VISA, MasterCard).
• 3.2. After successful payment, the service is provided immediately or within the specified time frame.
• 3.3. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases stipulated by law.

4. User Obligations

• 4.1. The user must:
• use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
• provide accurate and truthful personal information and documents;
• refrain from actions that may harm the operation of the Platform.

5. Processing of Personal Data

• 5.1. By registering on the Platform, the user consents to the lawful processing and use of the personal data they provide.
• 5.2. The personal data subject to processing includes:
• Full name (including patronymic, if applicable);
• Phone number;
• Email address;
• Passport details;
• Residential address;
• Educational background (place of study, degree, copies of diplomas, etc.);
• Other additional information related to the activities of the Platform.
• 5.3. The personal data may be used for the following purposes:
• providing services of the Platform to the user;
• submitting applications and documents to foreign and local universities;
• maintaining communication with the user;
• providing information to state authorities in cases stipulated by law.
• 5.4. The Platform shall disclose the user’s personal data to third parties only with the user’s consent or in cases established by law.
• 5.5. The Platform shall take necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the user’s personal data.

6. Rights and Liability of the Platform

• 6.1. The Platform may temporarily suspend the provision of services for technical reasons.
• 6.2. The Platform is not responsible for any damages arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
• 6.3. The Platform undertakes to keep the user’s data confidential and to disclose it only in cases stipulated by law.

7. Validity of the Terms

• 7.1. This public offer comes into force from the moment it is published on the Platform.
• 7.2. Use of the Platform constitutes the user’s full consent to these Terms.
• 7.3. The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms, which come into force from the moment of publication.
