Privacy Policy

2.1. This Offer establishes the basic principles of personal data protection in the course of using the Platform’s services.

2.2. When processing data, the Operator complies with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including:

• —Civil Code;
• —Law “On Personal Data”;
• —Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

2.3. When providing services to international users, the Operator recognizes compliance with the requirements of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2.4. By using the Platform, the User fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Offer.

3.2. Data collected automatically

• —Technical data: IP address, operating system, browser type and version, device identifier.
• —Usage statistics: number of visits, session duration, navigation across pages, click statistics through Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica.
• —Cookies and tracking technologies: user preferences and frequency of return visits to the Platform.

3.3. The Operator does not store full bank card details during financial transactions. All payments are securely processed by licensed payment providers such as Freedompay, Payme, and Click.

5.1. With educational institutions. Applications and personal data submitted by the User may be sent to relevant universities or educational service providers to assess the User’s eligibility.

5.3. Data may also be disclosed to third parties when required by law, including court decisions or requests from investigative authorities, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or security of the Operator and Users.

5.4. The Operator provides data to third parties only on a contractual basis and subject to confidentiality obligations.

• —6.1. The User’s personal data may be transferred to universities or service providers located in foreign countries.
• —6.2. Such transfers are carried out using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), only in the minimum necessary scope, and only where the receiving party provides sufficient data protection guarantees.

• —8.1. Personal data is retained only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of collection.
• —8.2. Profile data — during the period the User account remains active.
• —Application documents — for 5 years after submission.
• —Analytical data — in anonymized form for an unlimited period.
• —Cookies — until deleted by the User.
• —8.3. After the retention period expires or the purpose is achieved, the data is deleted or anonymized.

• —Right of access: to review and obtain a copy of personal data.
• —Right to rectification: to update or correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• —Right to erasure: to request deletion where legal grounds exist.
• —Right to restrict processing: to demand suspension of processing in certain cases.
• —Right to withdraw consent: to revoke previously given consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, the User may contact the Operator via info@iapply.org. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days.

• —10.1. Mandatory cookies — support core Platform functionality such as authentication and security.
• —Functional cookies — remember user preferences such as language and region.
• —Analytical cookies — analyze Platform traffic and user behavior through Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica.
• —Marketing cookies — display personalized advertising and offers.
• —10.2. The User may refuse cookies in browser settings, but this may limit access to certain Platform features.

• —11.1. The Operator has the right to unilaterally amend this Offer.
• —11.2. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the official Platform website.
• —11.3. Material changes affecting data processing purposes, scope of sharing, or User rights are additionally communicated by email.
• —11.4. If the User disagrees with the changes, they may stop using the Platform and request deletion of their data.

• —12.1. Any disputes related to payments or other disagreements shall first be resolved through negotiations.
• —12.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved by the court at the location of the Platform in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• —13.1. This Offer is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• —13.2. If any provision of the Offer is declared invalid by a court, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
• —13.3. In matters not covered by the Offer, the parties shall follow the applicable laws.
