Procedure for payment via bank cards

1. General Provisions

  • iApply.org is an international education platform that accepts online payments for its services.
  • Payments can be made from any country and are processed in accordance with international financial standards.
  • The platform provides users with a convenient, fast, and secure payment experience.

2. Accepted Cards

The following payment cards are accepted on the platform:

  • VISA (international payment system)
  • MasterCard (international payment system)
  • HUMO (Uzbekistan national payment system)
  • UZCARD (Uzbekistan national payment system)
  • VISA UZCARD HUMO

3. Step-by-Step Payment Process

  • The user selects the required service on iApply.org and clicks the 'Pay' button.
  • The user is redirected to the FreedomPay secure payment page.
  • The following card details must be entered:
    • Card number
    • Cardholder's name
    • Expiration date
    • Three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard)
  • After entering the card details, the user will be redirected to their bank's secure page.
  • On this page, the user must enter a 3D-Secure verification code (sent by SMS or via the bank's mobile app).
  • Once the payment is successful, the user will receive an electronic receipt (invoice).

Note: The three-digit security code (CVV2/CVC2) is located on the back of the card.

4. Security and Data Protection

  • All payments are protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology.
  • Card details are not stored on iApply.org servers – they are processed directly through the FreedomPay secure payment system.
  • The platform complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.
  • VISA, MasterCard, HUMO, and UZCARD systems apply the latest security mechanisms.
  • Personal and financial data confidentiality is fully protected in accordance with international standards.

5. Refund Policy

  • If a service has not been provided, was interrupted due to technical issues, or a user submits a justified claim, a refund may be requested.
  • Refunds are processed only to the same card used for the payment.
  • The standard refund processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on the user's bank and payment system policies.
  • To request a refund, the user must contact iApply.org support service (see contact details below).

6. User Responsibility

  • The user is responsible for keeping their card details confidential and must not share them with third parties.
  • iApply.org is not responsible for payments made with incorrect or fraudulent information provided by the user.
  • Once a payment has been successfully processed, the service will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of iApply.org.
